1. That I am participating in the Yoga session online, offered during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health.
2. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the Swathi Sampath or LA Hatha Yoga for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
3. I agree to receive further information regarding future Classical Hatha Yoga programs.
4. I agree to make the full payment in advance of the session and understand that I will not be refunded.
5. Non Disclosure: I agree that I will not teach or disclose the course content and will safeguard the knowledge gained in the class. I agree that I will not create written or digital records of any kind of the knowledge gained from this course. I agree that I will not create internet content displaying the content of this course and that I will protect this knowledge as much as possible. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents as well as the Non-Disclosure Clause. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
